Twitter Feeds

Twitter feeds can be displayed on your site in addition to utilizing the Twitter API to perform advanced Twitter functions such as posting tweets directly from your webpage. Some advanced Twitter functions require the Twitter account credentials.

Embedded links starting with 'http://' are automatically converted into clickable links.

The Twitter feeds are loaded on the page via AJAX after the feeds are obtained from the Twitter server. This allows the page to be loaded very quickly without waiting for the feeds from the Twitter server. For best performance it is recommended to load webpages with assets from your own server and then to back-fill the page via AJAX with any items that are obtained from remote servers.
